Who are we?  Just an ordinary couple who began dating in high school, married and raised three kids, and now find ourselves privileged to serve in Antigua, Guatemala with Adventures in Missions (AIM).  Bob was a state trooper for ten years and then built his own construction company over the last 20 years.  I became a stay-at-home mom and homeschooled all three kids until a year ago when our last child left for college.  Brian graduated from Marshall University and is now working, trying to get a job in business marketing; Ben is living in Rochester NY and engaged to Karina Zuniga, planning to be married in March; Aubrei is beginning her sophomore year at the University of Nebraska (UNL), is part of FCA and starts as goalie for the women's soccer team.

We have lived in the Ohio/WV area all our lives, but also had the privilege of taking/leading short term mission trips all over the world.  One of the countries that has seemed to be a repetitive theme in our lives is Guatemala.  We brought high school/college teams here in the early 2000's, returned in 2014 with six families on an exposure trip, and again that year as world race coaches with our squad.

We began work with AIM in 2014 when our son, Brian was on the race.  We have since served as parent coaches for two consecutive squads.  Upon our completion of that in November, we have accepted a position as base directors for Adventures in Missions in the beautiful city of Antigua, Guatemala...and here we are!!
